Whole School Letter – New Contract Caterer Appointed – AIP

Dear Parent or Guardian,

We are delighted to inform you that a new contract caterer has been appointed for our school meals, Alliance in Partnership (AiP). This will be live on Monday 20th April, the price of the meal remains the same at £2.50. There shouldn’t be changes to our admin processes however.

The children will still be able to order their requested meal on the morning during registration and payment via Parentpay will also remain unchanged.

Please ensure that your Parentpay account is in credit as payments will be deducted for meals as currently.

Please see below for any special dietary needs and complete the form as necessary and return to the school office: we will forward to AiP.  As you will see from the menus in the attached documents there will be 3 main meal choices. We will order your child option 1 unless your child informs the class teacher at registration they wish to have option 2 or 3.

AiP will be on site on Wednesday 29th April after school for a parent tester session, we are really excited about this change and hope you will be too, so it would be great to see as many of you as possible to see and taste some of the food.
